LayOut is a tool for creating documents from your SketchUp model. We've seen professionals use it for simple presentations or design approvals all the way to full construction documents created fully with SketchUp and LayOut.
LayOut is part of SketchUp Pro or SketchUp Studio and will be installed as a separate program when you run the downloaded SketchUp installer. It runs on both Windows and Mac.
We'll cover the basics of LayOut and creating a simple document from a SketchUp model. This is a great starting place, and for more in-depth learning on creating documents with LayOut, see our course: LayOut Design Package
